Return and Exchange
If you are for whatever reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to exchange or return the product to us. All we care about is making sure you feel comfortable with your purchase. We trust our customers to do what’s right, that’s why we leave the decision up to you. We value your business and support and therefore we’ll do anything we can to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important information about the returned item:
- Items should be in no used state, with no changes. Items that have been damaged or washed are non-returnable.
- The returned merchandise must be contained in its original package with all inserts. If not, the expense for the lost item will be deducted from the refund.
- All return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Shipping and handling of original shipment is not refundable.
- Please return the merchandise via post office.

If you want to cancel your order, please inform us by email within 12 hours after pay. Cancellation within 12 hours can be returned fullly. Thanks.
